Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, we require that a credit card be stored on file but you will not be charged until the time of your appointment. If you are a returning client and have a membership or account credits available, these will be applied at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 12 hours notice or a $150 fee will be charged. If you know you will be running late, please contact our reservations team at (917) 573-6806 to determine how we can best accommodate.
